This Cookie Policy explains how Orevane (orevane.shop) uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences and, with your consent, help us understand how the site is used.

2. How we ask for consent

We use Shopify's built-in cookie consent banner. It is shown on your first visit if you browse from the United Kingdom or another region where the law requires consent, and no non-essential cookies are set until you make a choice. You can accept all cookies, decline all non-essential cookies, or choose individual categories under "Manage preferences"; strictly necessary cookies always stay active.

3. The cookie categories we use

Strictly necessary cookies (always active) - needed for the website to work, for example your shopping cart, secure checkout, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choices. Examples: cart, secure_customer_sig, localization, _tracking_consent and keep_alive (Shopify).
Preferences cookies - remember choices such as your language or recently viewed products. Set only with your consent.
Analytics cookies - help us count visits and understand how the site is used, for example Shopify analytics cookies such as _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _orig_referrer and _landing_page. Set only with your consent.
Marketing cookies - would be used by advertising partners to show relevant adverts. We do not currently use any advertising or social-media tracking cookies (such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel); if we introduce them in future, they will only be set with your consent.

4. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choices at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, which reopens the consent preferences. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.

5. Third-party cookies

Our checkout and payment providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies to process your payment securely. Our order tracking page is provided by ParcelPanel.
